Professional Case Studies

I combined ElevenLabs with Webfuse to build an AI agent that could inspect and control the webpage around it, then wrapped the idea in a deliberately memorable demo.

• Built a working bridge between an ElevenLabs agent and the webpage around it
• Gave the agent tools to inspect the DOM, control the page and inject JavaScript or CSS
• Used at an agentic AI conference, in marketing content and as a shareable prospect demo

I turned recurring customer questions into product education, writing the scripts, presenting on camera and directing the technical story.

• Wrote and presented four professionally produced product education videos
• Chose the topics from recurring questions and objections in real sales cycles
• Used video across market education, customer-specific selling and reusable technical instruction

I built a visual JavaScript builder that stopped API implementation work becoming a bottleneck during technical trials, helping prospects get meaningful proofs of concept running faster.

• Used for years by prospects and Surfly's technical teams during proofs of concept
• Generated settings, arrays, selectors and common event-driven behaviours without requiring the user to write the JavaScript manually
• Used in evaluations associated with approximately €45k in subsequently closed MRR

I designed and ran a company-wide programme that put almost every employee through the process of understanding, building, positioning and presenting a real Webfuse use case.

• Ran a mandatory programme involving around 40 employees across the company
• Worked one-to-one with participants on technical, commercial and presentation problems outside their usual role
• Produced reusable templates, videos, articles and demos while surfacing product gaps and weak use cases

I built and owned a process for turning recurring customer and prospect friction into product proposals that could be challenged, prioritised and moved into Engineering.

• Created and owned a structured field-to-product feedback process
• Reviewed proposals weekly with the CEO and joined monthly roadmap sessions with Engineering leads
• Around 10 proposals per quarter progressed into Engineering, with 30+ resulting GitHub tickets tracked back to the process

I built and maintained a demo repository that gave the sales team access to close to 100 reusable technical demos, with the context, setup and guidance needed to run them without depending on an SE every time.

• Built and maintained close to 100 reusable demo environments across different industries, integrations and use cases
• Demo environments were deployed approximately 1,900 times
• Packaged demos with ICP, setup, presentation guidance and example delivery so AEs could use them without rebuilding the solution

A self-guided demo that let visitors experience a real co-browsing session on their own website, turning a difficult product concept into something understandable in seconds.

• Ran thousands of sessions over more than two years
• Became one of the five most visited pages on the Surfly website
• Used in sales outreach and as a lead-generation experience
